1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using HelperLogs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

HelperLogs is a multi-tenant logistics dispatch platform that allows companies to manage manifests, assign runners, track deliveries, and coordinate field operations. Access is granted through subscription plans subject to platform admin approval.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are subject to manual review and approval by the HelperLogs platform admin team. Approved subscriptions grant access to the platform features specified in the chosen plan. Subscriptions may be suspended for violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all operational data (manifests, documents, user records) created within your company workspace. HelperLogs does not claim ownership of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

HelperLogs is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
