1. Information We Collect
HelperLogs collects information you provide directly, including company name, contact details, user names, email addresses, and operational data (manifests, delivery records) created within the platform. We also collect usage data such as log-in times, IP addresses, and feature interactions to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to provide and maintain the HelperLogs platform, process subscription requests, send operational notifications, support users, and improve platform performance. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Each company workspace on HelperLogs is strictly isolated. All records — users, manifests, subscriptions, documents — are scoped to your company ID. No company can access another company's data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Cookies
HelperLogs uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access tokens are short-lived and refreshed automatically.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@helperlogs.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
